THINKING OF MAKING A LANDSCAPING CHANGE OR ANY OTHER CHANGE TO THE EXTERIOR OF YOUR HOME?
If so, don't forget to submit your Property Modification Request form. Approval is needed for most exterior changes. Printable forms can be found in the "Documents" section of this page (left column). Forms are also located in the clubhouse, opposite the office door. For deck, patio, walkway or landscaping changes or additions, your request should include a marked up survey showing distance to property lines as well as elevation. Proposed changes should be described in detail and if new fixtures or colors are being introduced, include a color chip or photo. Requests should be brought to Debi Meli or left in the management lockbox located opposite her office door. Your request will be reviewed and an approval or denial will be issued no later than 45 days after your request was submitted. Please do not make purchases or schedule contractors until you receive approval. If you are not sure whether or not a request is necessary for a particular change, call Harry Fischer at 732-385-1523 orDebi Meli at 732-294-8970.

Please note that full access to this site is for VG residents only, but if you would like information regarding classes or events at the VG clubhouse, please contact our Community Administrator, Debi Meli, at 294-8970. All VG classes are open to residents of The Grande and many of our events are as well. We'd welcome your participation! In the meantime, feel free to browse around the public portion of this site.
SPRING CLEANING
It's that time again to spruce up our property. We would like to remind you that the Association's By-laws require residents to maintain the exterior of their homes. This includes but is not limited to the following:
Landscaping: Beds are to be cleared of weeds. Shrubs are to be trimmed and cut back to allow for lawn mower access. There must be at least 36 inches of clearance between landscaping beds to allow mowers to pass through. Shrubs are to be trimmed around sprinkler heads to allow them to operate properly.
Paint: Paint finish on doors and trim is to be maintained.
Stucco on Front of Homes: Cleaned to remove algae and/or mildew.
Thank you in advance for your cooperation in maintaining the appearance of our community,
The Board of Trustees
